Okay, so, this isn't just the usual cops being cops, this is like a Charles Dickens villain level of sick anti-social authoritarian coldness going on here...
The cops ripped off his artificial leg because he didn't stand up fast enough. Seriously. Not joking. That's our cops. He's filing a human rights complaint.
